Overview

This store is operated by NOOBSHIPPERS LLC, trading as After Dough. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, which are all part of these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the store.

Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. You agree not to use our products or store for any unlawful purpose, to breach any law or regulation, to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the store.

Products

After Dough is a cleaning product intended for cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces. It is not food, not a cosmetic, and not intended for consumption. Keep it out of reach of children. Follow the instructions on the bottle, and rinse surfaces that will touch food.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may vary between screens. We do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to change product information at any time without notice.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are browsing from and may be converted from our base currency. Prices exclude shipping unless stated, and may exclude taxes and import duties depending on your location.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and to refuse or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is priced incorrectly, or where quantity suggests resale.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you give us. See our Shipping Policy for detail on dispatch times, costs and international duties.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe and Save, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you select, at the subscription price, until you cancel. Full detail, including how to skip, pause or cancel, is in our Subscription Policy.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out your return rights, including a 30-day return window and the 14-day cooling off period for orders shipped into the European Union. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or applicable US state law.

Third party links and services

Our store may link to third party sites or use third party services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.

Your submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOOBSHIPPERS LLC, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

This clause does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right.

Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the store. We may terminate access at any time if we believe you have breached them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept it.
