Try After Dough with confidence. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of your After Dough purchase. Opened and used bottles are covered by this guarantee, including After Dough bought on sale.

How to request a refund

Email support@afterdough.co with your order number, or the email address used at checkout, and tell us what happened. We will reply with the next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer; any applicable cost will be explained before you return the item.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@afterdough.co.
