How long do refunds take?
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the bottle arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is on you, and we'll send a label and deduct it from the refund.
What if I lost my order number?
No worries, just include the email you used at checkout and we'll find you in our system.
I used some of the bottle, can I still return it?
Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers opened and used After Dough bottles. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
How long do I have to return?
30 days from the day your order was delivered. After that, get in touch anyway, since we still try to help where we can.
